About Dementia Carers Respite

Dementia Carers Respite provides free home respite for family carers, enabling them to take a break and return refreshed to their vital caregiving role. Our work has been recognised nationally and locally: we were invited to 10 Downing Street in 2024 and named Charity of the Year by The Chiltern Hospital and Nationwide in 2025. We rely on volunteers to help us raise funds and awareness so we can continue this essential support for carers in our community.
