Volunteering with Action for Children is a meaningful way to help some of the UK’s most vulnerable children and families.
Our team delivery need your help to get through their large workload to support our children and young people.
This involves administrative tasks, such as inputting children’s outcomes, capturing “wow moments,” scanning daily notes, and similar duties.
What Skills and experience do you need?
Comfortable using computers, Outlook, and Microsoft Office packages
Good organising skills
Experience working as part of a team
Attention to detail
Suitable for someone looking to gain admin experience
Responsibilities
Scanning, Filing and Photocopying
Archiving
Updating Excel spreadsheets
Folder Management
Data input
Available maximum once a week, minimum once a month, Monday to Friday only
