Join our Warm Hub team! Help serve free hot meals and drinks to older residents every Tuesday, 5–7pm. Bring warmth, smiles, and connection to our community.

Detailed description

About the Warm Hub:

Our Warm Hub is relaunching to provide older members of the community with a welcoming space, a free hot meal, and tea or coffee each Tuesday evening. It’s a chance for people to connect, stay warm, and enjoy friendly company.


Volunteer Role:

We’re looking for kind and reliable volunteers to help us make each session a success. You’ll:

  • Help set up tables and prepare the space for guests.
  • Welcome attendees and serve meals, teas, and coffees.
  • Chat with guests and help create a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
  • Assist with clearing and tidying up at the end of the session.


Who We’re Looking For:

  • Friendly, patient, and approachable individuals.
  • Comfortable talking with older people and working as part of a team.
  • Able to volunteer regularly on Tuesday evenings.
