Provide admin support for the Foundation’s daily work. Flexible weekday hours; help with organisation, data, and coordination tasks.

About the Role:

We are looking for organised and reliable volunteers to provide administrative support to the Foundation’s day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and wants to contribute to a team making a real difference.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general office and administrative tasks
  • Supporting data entry, filing, and document management
  • Helping to coordinate sessions, meetings, and schedules
  • Maintaining records and databases accurately
  • Responding to emails and handling basic enquiries
  • Providing occasional support for events or community sessions


Skills & Experience:

  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training and ongoing support will be provided.


Commitment:

  • Flexible daytime hours (weekdays)
  • Remote or on-site options available
