Volunteer weekly at our new Chatty Café - chat with guests, play board games and create a warm, welcoming space that helps reduce isolation in the community.
About the Warm Hub Café:
Our Chatty Café provides a welcoming, friendly space where people can gather for a hot drink, a chat, and a sense of community. It’s a simple but powerful way to help tackle isolation, support wellbeing, and offer warmth—both social and physical—throughout the year. This runs in partnership with Wycombe Museum.
Thursday mornings, 10:30am-12pm, weekly. Held at Wycombe Museum
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests and help create a warm, inclusive atmosphere
- Chat with attendees and help connect people to one another.
- Share information about local support services or activities (information provided).
- Work as part of a friendly volunteer team to keep the sessions running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
- A kind, approachable, and reliable person with good people skills.
- Comfortable chatting with people from all walks of life.
- Able to work as part of a small team and follow safeguarding guidelines.
- No specific experience needed—just a willingness to help and a warm smile!
