The aim of this role is to promote events by listing them on various online event directories and what's on guides.
This role is to promote Scannappeal events by listing them on various online event directories and what's on guides. The aim is to reach a broader audience and ensure that our events are well publicised across multiple platforms. Approx 2 hours per month with additional time needed at the beginning of the events season, exact days to be agreed.
Main tasks:- Event listing: Accurately list upcoming events on designated online event directories and what's on guides.
Research:- Identify and explore new listing opportunities beyond our current lists to maximise event exposure.
Record Maintenance: Maintain a comprehensive record of all events, noting which sites they have been listed on the dates of posting.
Quality Control: Ensure all event information is accurate and up to date on each platform.
