Join our friendly team at Marlow Museum and help us share the story of the town, its people and the events that make it what it is today.
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to give a warm welcome to visitors to the museum to help them enjoy their visit to Marlow Museum.
We are open Wednesday 2-5, Friday 10-2, Saturday and Sunday between 1-5, so if you can spare a couple of hours a week, a day every so often or can help on special days and events we would love to hear from you.
No prior knowledge of the history of the area is needed as all of this can be found at the museum. Training and ongoing support is provided so it is a good opportunity to learn new skills and meet new people.
We are a small independent museum (affiliated to the Association of Independent Museums) and charity registered with the Charity Commission. The museum is staffed and run entirely by volunteers. It focuses on the history and heritage of Marlow and its surrounding villages of Little Marlow, Marlow Bottom, Bisham, Medmenham and Greater Marlow.
