About In This Together Bucks
In This Together Bucks CIC is a grassroots community interest company based in Aylesbury, dedicated to addressing youth violence, knife crime, social exclusion, and mental health challenges across Buckinghamshire. Founded in 2021 and formally incorporated in 2024, our work is rooted in lived experience and a deep commitment to creating safer, more resilient communities.
We provide tailored one-to-one mentoring, community outreach, early intervention workshops, and support services that empower young people—especially those at risk of offending, reoffending, or disengagement. Our team includes qualified mental health professionals, educators, and community leaders, all united by a shared passion for prevention, empowerment, and change.
Over the years, we’ve launched powerful initiatives such as:
Knife amnesty bins, collecting over 1,000 dangerous weapons safely from the streets;
Educational awareness films on issues like nitrous oxide (NOS) misuse;
Partnerships with Thames Valley Police, Southcourt Baptist Church, Lime Tree Lodge, and local youth clubs;
Mentoring projects helping young adults into employment, education, or training.
We focus our efforts in areas of high deprivation and low opportunity, delivering interventions where they are most needed. Every programme we offer is driven by real-life stories, community voices, and measurable impact.
