We are dedicated to creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children and young people with disabilities. Our garden spaces play a crucial role in providing sensory experiences and fostering creativity.
We are seeking a talented and artistic individual/group to transform the brick wall shed in our garden and the wooden structure in our sensory garden. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and design, and a keen interest in creating engaging and visually appealing spaces for our children and young people.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement artistic transformations for the brick wall shed and wooden structure.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure the designs meet the needs and preferences of our children and young people.
- Use various artistic mediums and techniques to create vibrant and sensory-friendly environments.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within the agreed time frame.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in art and design, particularly in outdoor or garden settings.
- Strong creativity and artistic skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the needs of children and young people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
