We are seeking a treasurer to join our Board of Trustees!

Could you be part of the team leading Wycombe Museum into the future with local partners and communities to ensure a sustainable local museum for everyone?

The responsibilities of the Hon. Treasurer are as follows: 

• Lead the Board in fulfilling its responsibility to protect the financial integrity of WHAT; 

• Undertake financial activities on behalf of the organisation including preparation of monthly management accounts, preparation of the year Statutory Accounts and leading on the annual financial assurance work (usually an independent examination); 

• Provide support and guidance on financial matters to the Museum Director and staff, including supporting our bookkeeper to keep our financial records accurate; 

• Represent WHAT with key stakeholders.
