We are seeking new people to join our Board of Trustees!

Could you be part of the team leading Wycombe Museum into the future with local partners and communities to ensure a sustainable local museum for everyone?

We are looking for applicants with skills, knowledge and experience in the following areas: 

• Fundraising leadership (major donors, philanthropy, corporate sponsorship) 

• Commercial and business development (earned income models) 

• Community engagement with strong grassroots links 

• Historic property and buildings management We will also aim to achieve greater Board diversity. 

A Trustees’ role is varied and rewarding. Your key responsibilities will be: 

• ensuring good governance 

• setting strategic direction 

• monitoring/ delivering our shared vision and strategy 

• complying with museum standards and accreditation and 

• ensuring statutory policies exists and are upheld
