-PLEASE BE AWARE WE HAVE VERY LIMITED AVAILABILITY AT THIS TIME-
A typical day in this role may include:
- Welcoming and serving visitors
- Making hot and cold drinks
- Serving pre-prepared food
- Handling money and taking payments
- Clearing and cleaning the café space
- Answering questions about the museum
- Answering phones
- Helping with stock checks and rotation
- Must enjoy working with people and be able to work behind the counter
Café shifts are: 10:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00pm – 4:00pm, and the Windsor Chair Café is open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays. The café is sometimes very quiet and sometimes very busy depending on what else is happening in the museum.

A level of simple English is needed for this opportunity, in particular to ensure visitor safety.
