This is a great opportunity for young people who are 16–25/ long term unemployed up to age 35 and looking to build their CV, explore community-sector careers or gain confidence in a real working environment.

Depending on your interests, you may support:
- Community events and activities
- Community Friendly Fridge and food redistribution
- Community meals and brunch sessions
- Therapeutic Art and wellbeing activities
- Community allotment and environmental activities
- Youth and family activities
- Volunteer coordination
- Event promotion and social media
- Community outreach and engagement
- Basic administration and project support
- Collecting feedback and helping us understand community needs

You will have the opportunity to work alongside WCA staff, volunteers and community partners while gaining an understanding of how a Community Interest Company (CIC) operates.
