Women’s Cultural Arena CIC (WCA) is preparing for an upcoming Community Exhibition in February/March 2027, showcasing creativity and stories .
We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers and exhibition helpers to support us in preparing, setting up and welcoming visitors to the exhibition.
🖼️ What could you get involved in?
Volunteers may support with:
- Preparing and organising artworks and community artefacts
- Labelling, cataloguing and arranging exhibition pieces
- Helping to safely pack, unpack and prepare artworks
- Creating displays and exhibition spaces
- Supporting exhibition set-up and take-down
- Welcoming visitors and providing information
- Helping with visitor registration and feedback
- Supporting artists and community participants
- Taking photographs and helping with social media promotion
- General exhibition and event support
🌟 Who can volunteer?
We welcome:
- Young people looking to gain experience
- Students and those interested in arts, culture or events
- Local artists and creative people
- Community volunteers
- People interested in exhibition/event management
- Anyone who would enjoy being part of a creative community project
No previous exhibition experience is necessary. We will provide guidance and support.
