Sue Ryder is here to make sure everyone approaching the end of their life or living with grief can access the support they need
There is no one size fits all when it comes to how we cope and the help we need, but with our support, no one has to face dying or grief alone. We are there when it matters through our 7 hospices, Grief Kind spaces and online counselling and bereavement services.
You don’t need any experience to join us as a volunteer, you just need to be willing and helpful with a flexible and enthusiastic approach. Full training is provided and we can be flexible around your availability.
In return for your enthusiasm, you will have the opportunity to be part of a wonderful team, meet new people, gain new skills and experience, and most importantly contribute towards making a difference to our service users and their families.
As an eBay Sales & Listings Volunteer you will help us to complete our computer based tasks which help us to raise funds, this role is fully based within the shop. You'll play an important role in preparing unique and valuable donated items for sale online.
The Role – eBay Sales & Listings Volunteer
You will help us to:
- Create listings and check product descriptions
- Take photos of products
- Set prices through research and the item's condition
- Pack items for dispatch or collection
We're looking for someone who's organised, reliable, and pays close attention to detail. You'll need to be comfortable handling items with care, working accurately, and being part of a supportive team. If you have an interest in vintage, collectibles, or second-hand goods, that's a bonus, but it's definitely not a requirement
We are happy to reimburse reasonable travel expenses.
We are an inclusive charity and welcome all people with differing abilities and support needs.
Please note - we do have a minimum age requirement in our shops of 18.
