About the Role

As an Event Volunteer, you will play a key role in representing RABI at a busy agricultural show. This is a welcoming, public-facing role, perfect for someone who enjoys conversation, community, and giving back.

  • Chatting with members of the public about RABI and how we support farming people, raising awareness of our services
  •  Introducing our Farmers Aid App and encouraging downloads
  • Guiding visitors to further information, resources, or staff where appropriate
  • Encouraging engagement, such as mailing list sign-ups or fundraising activities (where applicable)
  • Working alongside fellow volunteers and staff to keep the stand welcoming and well-presented

You’ll receive full guidance on the day and ongoing support from a volunteer event lead or RABI staff member.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Friendly, approachable people who are confident speaking to the public
  • Anyone with an interest in the countryside, farming, or rural life - no prior knowledge required
