Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Project Support Officer to support the planning, delivery and monitoring of RSASS projects in the High Wycombe area.

Detailed description

  • Support the delivery of project plans, including scheduling activities, coordinating events, and tracking progress against milestones.
  • Maintain accurate records, data and documentation to support reporting and evaluation.
  • Assist with preparing project materials, resources and communications for internal and external audiences.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partner organisations, volunteers, service users and funders.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops and community engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support for consultations, training sessions and outreach events.
  • Collect, organise and input data for monitoring and evaluation purposes.
  • Support the development of reports, briefings and case studies to communicate project achievements and challenges.
  • Support compliance with funding requirements, including preparation of interim and final reports.

  • Experience in administration, project support or coordination, ideally in the voluntary, community or public sector.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work sensitively and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
