Trustees provide strategic guidance for the running of the Lighthouse Marlow Christian holiday week
Trustees use any specific skills, knowledge or experience they have to help the board of trustees reach sound decisions and to ensure that the Lighthouse Marlow holiday week runs successfully. This may involve scrutinising meeting papers, leading discussions, focusing on key issues, providing advice and guidance on new initiatives, or other issues in which the trustee has special expertise, and taking a role in supporting the running of the holiday week.
The board of trustees meets four times a year in an evening.
