We are looking for an experienced Volunteer Administration & Operations Support volunteer who can help us establish robust systems and processes.
Who We Are Looking For
We are particularly interested in someone who:
Has previous administration experience. You understand how charities, CICs or voluntary organisations operate and appreciate the importance of good governance and effective use of limited resources.
Is a self-starter
You can identify what needs doing, suggest solutions and take ownership without needing constant supervision.
Loves systems and organisation
You enjoy turning scattered information and processes into something clear, structured and easy to use.
Has excellent attention to detail
You notice gaps, inconsistencies and things that need following up.
Is confident with digital tools
You are comfortable using common office and cloud-based systems such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, Google Workspace, shared drives and spreadsheets.
Can work independently
As this is a flexible role, you will need to manage your time and deliver agreed outcomes.
Is trustworthy and discreet
You may have access to confidential organisational and personal information, so confidentiality and responsible information handling are essential.
Believes in our mission
You don't need specialist parenting experience, but you should be supportive of our purpose and value.
