Hospice Aid UK is looking for a passionate Volunteer Social Media & Content Planner to help us amplify our message and support UK hospices.

In this flexible remote role, you will help tell our story, raise awareness, and engage our community online.

Key Responsibilities

    • Write Engaging social media posts to engage a ‘call to action’ in line with current events happening across the UK : Draft well-researched, compassionate, and relevant posts each month aligned with Hospice Aid UK’s mission.
    • Content Scheduling: Ensure engaging social media posts are scheduled across our key platforms monthly.
    • Planning: Work alongside our team to maintain a simple, structured monthly content calendar.
    • Fundraising : Look at opportunities to raise funds via the media platforms, including Crowdfunding

What We’re Looking For

    • Excellent written communication skills and a strong eye for detail.
    • Experience with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
    • Familiarity with scheduling tools.
    • Empathy, reliability, and a desire to make a real difference in hospice care funding.
