To transport patients from their homes (within our catchment area) to the Hospice for appointments, clinics and Day Hospice
Key Tasks:
- To collect patients from their home and drive them to and from the hospice, at Stoke Mandeville, using own vehicle or our para van.
- To be compliant with annual checks – MOT, insurance, driving license, car tax, FNHC driver policy.
- Liaising with Hospice about patients, reporting any changes or concerns about patients.
- Chat and engage with patients, making them feel comfortable throughout their journey.
