To lead, motivate, and support the local volunteer Committee in developing and delivering a yearly local strategy.

The Chair / Deputy Chair (Team Leader) leads the local volunteer Committee by motivating and supporting members to deliver agreed objectives. The role provides strategic direction, management, and guidance while ensuring a positive, inclusive, and effective team environment. 

 

The Deputy Chair supports the Chair and assumes full leadership responsibilities in the Chair’s absence.
