Free legal advice clinic for charities, community groups, and village halls

Do you have a legal or governance question that's holding your organisation back?

Community Impact Bucks is delighted to offer a free 30-minute legal advice session with Peter Spencer, Senior Solicitor at Wellers Law Group.

Peter specialises in advising charities, Community Interest Companies (CICs), village halls and community organisations on a wide range of legal and governance matters. He already works with many parish councils and village halls across Buckinghamshire and has extensive knowledge of the governance challenges facing the voluntary and community sector.

Whether you're starting a new organisation, reviewing your governance, managing land or property, or facing a legal question you're unsure how to resolve, this is an opportunity to receive expert advice.

How the clinic works

  • Each organisation can book one free 30-minute appointment.
  • Appointments must be booked and confirmed in advance
  • Following your session, if you require more detailed legal support, Peter will be happy to provide a quotation for further work. There is no obligation to instruct him.

Please note that by booking an appointment, you agree that Community Impact Bucks will share your contact details with Peter Spencer solely for the purpose of arranging and delivering your advice session.
