Join us for a free 1-hour workshop during Trustees’ Week to help you understand governance responsibilities in an increasingly digital world
With KCS, we will explore key digital risks facing charities and organisations, including cyber security & data protection, technology dependencies, and regulatory considerations.
The session will provide practical guidance on how trustees can effectively oversee digital risk, ask the right questions of management teams, and ensure that technology supports organisational resilience, compliance, and long-term strategic objectives.
By the end of the workshop, attendees will be better equipped to make informed decisions and strengthen digital governance within their organisation.
What you will take away from this event:
- Understanding of trustee responsibilities for digital governance, including identifying key digital risks
- How to ask effective governance questions of technology providers
- Developing a practical framework for digital oversight
This session will also give attendees the opportunity to network with other professionals in the not-for-profit sector and share insights.
