If you enjoy meeting new people (or want to!), love spending time outdoors, and like nature walks, we'd love to have you on our team!
Become a Wellness Walk Guide! 🌿
Do you enjoy spending time outdoors, love nature walks, and like meeting new people (or want to build your confidence doing so)? We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Wellness Walk Team!
As a Wellness Walk Guide, you'll lead relaxed, friendly walks for 18–25-year-olds across Berkshire, helping create a welcoming and supportive space where young adults can connect, chat, and enjoy the benefits of being outdoors. No expert knowledge is needed—just a positive attitude, a friendly approach, and a willingness to help others feel included.
This is a great opportunity to gain volunteering experience, develop leadership and communication skills, support young people's wellbeing, and make a real difference in your local community.
If you'd like to help others connect with nature and each other, we'd love to hear from you. Join our Wellness Walk Team today!

About Cianna's Smile
Cianna’s Smile is a registered charity based in Reading, supporting children and families impacted by Sickle Cell across Buckinghamshire/Berkshire and the UK.
What We Do:
Our programmes are vibrant, inclusive, and full of energy. We support children, young people and their families through:
Online Youth Entrepreneur Club – Inspiring 8–16 year olds to explore skills in digital marketing, podcasting, cooking, and more.
Create & Connect Club – A safe space for children with Sickle Cell to enjoy workshops inspired by art, music, and nature.
Art Club: Drop-In Sessions – For young adults aged 18–25 living with a health condition to express themselves through themed art activities.
Young Adult Walks – Friendly walks around Reading town centre, followed by snacks and a chat back at our office.
Other Free Community Events include family fun day events, stalls at local festivals, stands at schools, hospitals and workplaces raising awareness about sickle cell and recruiting blood donations.
We are currently recruiting volunteers to help support our activities and events.
