Admin & Office Volunteer – Cianna’s Smile

Help us stay organised and impactful behind the scenes!

As an Admin and/or Office Volunteer with Cianna’s Smile, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our charity. Your time and skills will help us better serve children and families affected by sickle cell disorder, contributing to the smooth delivery of our programmes, events, and awareness campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who’s organised, reliable, and enjoys making a difference through admin support — whether you’re helping remotely or from our office in Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support with general admin tasks (emails, data entry, filing, managing spreadsheets)
• Assist in preparing materials for events, workshops, and campaigns
• Help coordinate volunteer rotas and event logistics
• Maintain and update records, including donation tracking (training provided)
• Draft or format documents, letters, and reports
• Support with printing, packing, and posting campaign materials

Ideal Qualities:

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Confident using basic IT (email, Word, Excel, Google Drive)
• Friendly and proactive
• Committed to supporting a small charity with a big heart
• Works well independently or as part of a team

Time Commitment:

• Flexible – 2 to 6 hours per week
• Remote or in-person (Reading-based)
• Times and tasks can fit around your availability
