Chiltern Comets Coach - No Experience Required

About the Role

The Chiltern Comets are a Pan-Disability football team, who are looking for enthusiastic and friendly individuals to join our coaching team! As a Comets Coach, you’ll support the delivery of fun, inclusive, and engaging sports sessions for children and young people in the local community. This role is perfect for anyone who wants to make a positive difference in their local community— no previous coaching or SEND experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with running weekly training sessions
• Help create a safe, supportive, and fun environment for all participants.
• Encourage teamwork, participation, and confidence in players.
• Build positive relationships with players, parents, and volunteers.
• Represent the values and spirit of the Chiltern Comets.
