Chiltern Comets - Social Media Volunteer

About the Role:

The Chiltern Comets are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Volunteer to help share the amazing work we do across our community! You’ll play a key role in promoting our activities, events, and fundraisers by managing and creating engaging content for our social media channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Schedule and publish posts using Meta Business Suite to ensure regular, timely updates across Facebook and Instagram.
• Use Canva to design eye-catching posters and graphics that promote our sessions, events, and community impact.
• Support the advertisement of upcoming events and fundraisers, helping to increase awareness and attendance.
• Contribute creative ideas for new campaigns and ways to grow our online presence.
• Work closely with the team to align social media content with our values and goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone passionate about community sport and inclusion.
• Confident using Meta Business Suite and Canva 
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A creative eye for visuals and storytelling.

Time Commitment:

Flexible – a few hours per week from home or alongside our events.

Location:
