Flexible video role creating reels, editing content and helping capture video for a new ADHD CIC supporting the local community.
Chiltern ADHD Clinic CIC is a new Community Interest Company providing free and low-cost support for neurodivergent people, families and the local community.
We are looking for a Volunteer Video Content Creator / Editor to help us create short, engaging video content for social media, our website and community projects.
This is a flexible role and would suit someone interested in video editing, social media, content creation, marketing, mental health, neurodivergence or community work.
Tasks may include:
- Creating reels or short videos from existing photos, clips or graphics
- Editing video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn or the website
- Adding captions, text, music, transitions or branding
- Helping turn workshop/event ideas into short video content
- Recording simple video clips on our behalf, where appropriate
- Creating behind-the-scenes or event setup content
- Repurposing longer content into shorter clips
- Helping plan video ideas around ADHD, autism, neurodivergence and community support
- Supporting Jennie and Laura with ad hoc video/content tasks
You do not need professional video experience. We are looking for someone creative, reliable and willing to learn. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Instagram, TikTok or basic video editing would be helpful.
All content will be reviewed and approved before publication. You will not be expected to respond to private messages or give clinical advice.
Where filming involves people, events or community activities, consent and confidentiality will be taken seriously. You will not be asked to film clients or vulnerable attendees without clear permission and appropriate safeguards.
This role would suit someone wanting experience in social media, digital marketing, video editing, content creation, psychology, mental health, community work, charities or CICs.
You will gain practical experience creating real content for a purpose-led organisation, build your portfolio, develop confidence using video tools, and help make neurodivergent support feel more visible, accessible and less intimidating.
