Flexible volunteer admin role supporting a new Neurodivergent CIC with website updates, bookings, leaflets, spreadsheets and ad hoc projects.

Chiltern ADHD Clinic CIC is a new Community Interest Company providing free and low-cost support for neurodivergent people, families and the local community.

We are looking for a flexible Volunteer Admin Assistant to support Jennie and Laura with a mix of practical admin and project tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants real experience in how a small community organisation runs behind the scenes.

Tasks may include:

  • Updating website pages and online listings
  • Helping create or update leaflets and simple resources
  • Supporting group and workshop bookings
  • Keeping spreadsheets and trackers organised
  • Updating tools such as Linktree, Eventbrite or Google Forms
  • Helping prepare materials for events or community projects
  • Other ad hoc admin tasks depending on your interests and availability

You do not need lots of experience. We are looking for someone reliable, organised, willing to learn and happy to work flexibly. Support and guidance will be provided, and all work will be checked before anything is published or sent out.

This role would suit someone interested in admin, marketing, psychology, mental health, community projects, social impact, events or working in the charity/CIC sector.

You will gain practical experience, build confidence using real systems, develop your CV or portfolio, and help make neurodivergent support more accessible locally. Your work will directly support free and low-cost groups, workshops and community projects.
