Administration Volunteer

Like being organised and keeping things running smoothly?

As an Administration Volunteer, you’ll be part of our friendly office team in Aylesbury, helping with the behind-the-scenes tasks that keep BucksVision’s services running for blind and partially sighted people. From preparing information packs to supporting mail-outs, your contribution makes a big difference.

When & where?

Flexible — based at our Aylesbury Resource Centre.

What you will be doing:

  • Helping with general administration such as labelling, filing, and preparing mailings
  • Assisting with information packs and booklets for members and volunteers
  • Using your own skills to contribute to additional office tasks where possible
  • Supporting the staff team with day-to-day admin to keep things running smoothly

What skills and experience are needed?

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Friendly, reliable, and happy to be part of a team
  • Comfortable handling confidential information
  • Basic computer skills helpful (but not essential)
