Administration Office Support Volunteer – Gain New Skills and Join a Friendly Team!

Are you organised, efficient, and looking to gain experience in an office environment? As an Office Support Volunteer with BucksVision, you'll play a key role in supporting our small, friendly team with essential tasks. This is a flexible role based on the workload, making it perfect for someone who wants to contribute regularly while still having flexibility.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and labelling.
  • Helping with large mailings, including our quarterly newsletter.
  • Using Microsoft Office for computer work.
  • Volunteers with additional skills may also be invited to assist with other activities.

Where and when?

  • At our Aylesbury-based office.
  • Flexible hours, depending on workload.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Organised, efficient, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
  • Respectful and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Support you’ll receive:

  • Full induction and training, including sight loss awareness and sighted guiding.
  • Ongoing training and opportunities to develop your skills.
  • Reimbursement for travel and expenses.
  • Support from the Office and Service Delivery Manager and Volunteer Manager.

Criminal Record Check Information:

This role does not require a DBS check.
