Age Concern GX Plus have set up a new Carers Choir in Chalfont St Peter. The group run fortnightly on Tuesdays, 11am to 12:30pm. Help and support required!

The role will be to welcome and assist the attendees at our fortnightly choir. This may involve helping to set up the room, facilitate teas and coffees, welcome participants and ensure everyone is included. Of course if you also wish to join in the singing you would be most welcome! This choir is for the local people who look after and support loved ones / friends - the unpaid carers. If you are local and would like to support this effort please do get in touch, we would love to hear from you.
