Help provide Trustee level oversight and take minutes of trustee meetings for a local Scout group
Help provide oversight and challenge for a local Scout group as well as taking the role of minutes secretary.
No previous Scouting experience is required. Full training, support and mentoring are provided, and volunteers can contribute in a way that fits their skills, interests and availability.
Meetings happen about once every two months in the evenings with very occasional communication in own time between them.
DBS required and basic training (including Safety and Safeguarding) will be provided.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. Whether you have trustee experience of youth organisations or not, we’d love to hear from you.
