Due to safeguarding, we don't currently allow under-18 users to create accounts. You can still browse without needing to be logged in but you won't be able to interact with or apply for volunteering opportunities.
If you do find an opportunity you are interested in, you can contact the Volunteer Bucks team at [email protected] or 01296 846678.

When would be the best time to change the status of an application?
We would recommend changing the status of an application from 'New' to 'Pending' as soon as you acknowledge it. This helps keep our records up to date, but also reassures the volunteer as they also have visibility of the status.
Changing the 'Pending' status should happen when either you and the volunteer both agree the next step, whether they choose to volunteer or not.
The application status can always be changed again afterwards, if needed.
